Upcoming Classes at Canine
Fitness
We are excited to announce these upcoming classes, they will be held
at Canine Fitness, both indoor and outdoor areas to work in so weather
is not a factor. If you are interested in any of the classes listed
please contact Adele at delp@mt.net to register. Classes are limited
in size and will fill quickly.
FAMILY DOG TRAINING CLASSES
Instructor Adele Delp
Next class starting May 23rd. For dogs 7 months old to adults. We will
focus on manners, self control and basic obedience skills. Teach your
dog to be a good family member and learn social skills. This is a 6
week class on Weds evenings. Cost is $90.00. Class is limited to 6 dogs
in each class, register early to reserve your spot.
AGILITY
Our agility classes are designed for fun and recreation and to build
confidence with you and your dog. Instructors are Adele Delp and Deb
Tyanich.
Intro to Agility. May 17-June 7. 4 week class to introduce your dog
to the equipment, learn focus and attention skills and build confidence.
Safety and fun are priorities for this class. Dogs should have basic
obedience skills and be at least 6 months old. $85.00
Level I Agility. June 21-July 19. For teams that are familiar with equipment
and the basics that want to continue on to learn handling techniques
and sequences. $85.00
Level II Agility. August 2 – 23. This class will focus on more
advanced skills and learning how to best maneuver your dog through the
obstacles. Fun and Safety are still priorities. $85.00
RALLY
Rally Obedience is a fun new sport for you and your dog! Teams learn
how to maneuver at each station where a sign is posted and you need
to perform that exercise. These classes sharpen your dog’s attention
on you and can help build your relationship with your companion. Basic
obedience skills are a required for these classes. Instructors are Adele
Delp and Vicki Thacker.
Rally Level I. June 12-July 3. This 4 week class will be an intro to
Rally and will cover the first set of exercises that are in the novice
level. All exercises will be on leash. $60.00
Rally Level II. July 10-July 31. We will review the novice signs and
begin off lead work on the advanced exercises. $60.00
Rally Level III. August 14-Sept. 4. Learn the excellent level exercises
and practice courses off lead. $60.00
